• What is meant by impressions or views?
  We differentiate between impressions of the screen and calls to the script: The mask is usually only called up once in order to set the consent by the visitor. The script is called up more frequently, which in principle corresponds to the pageviews

  , because each time it is called up it must be checked whether consent exists, whether something has changed on the provider side in the meantime, etc. This requires ongoing reconciliation, i.e. the activity of CCM19. Visitors may well return months later, in which case the consent must be reconciled and saved.

• 30% discount - what does that mean?
  You can add new customers to your Agency Cloud+ tariff. These are initially booked into the Free tariff. Immediately after creating the accounts, you can book our standard CCM19 tariffs for them.
  
  We bill you directly on a monthly basis for your own and all your customers' CCM19 subscriptions. Your own tariff is free of charge from the first customer booked. We grant you a discount of 30 %. Your discount is calculated automatically. You then bill the customers in the amount you want, and you are free to set your own rates.
  This model is normally used by resellers who set their own prices or offer and sell CCM19 as part of an overall package. CCM19 has no relationship with your customers under this model.
  Your customers usually do not have direct access to the backend and cookie banner configurations in this model - these are handled exclusively by you in your backend reseller area.
• 30% commission - what does that mean?
  We bill the CCM19 subscription directly to your customers based on our list prices and you receive a commission of 30% on the paid subscription prices. Shopware store instances are currently excluded from this.
  
  As a CCM19® agency / reseller, you have access to a reseller area in the backend. You can invite your customers via e-mail from the backend.
  
  In the invitation, your customers will be asked to accept our GTC and CCM19® as the invoicing party. Under this model, both you as an agency/reseller and the customer have access to the backend and the configurations. Please note that this is not an affiliate program.
• Can I use both models in one account?
  Yes, this is definitely possible. What is not possible is to apply both discount types to one customer, this is technically prevented. If it does happen due to a bug, we will correct it and you will then be able to choose.
  
  You can therefore manage both types of customer in your account, which is what you want and you can decide which model is best for each customer.
• What does NoLabel mean for the Self+ version?
  The entire interface can be fully customized to your requirements in terms of appearance and content. It is possible to erase every trace of CCM19 in the interface. In addition to changing the mandatory link in the frontend widget, which is also possible without the NoLabel version, the NoLabel version gives you additional setting options for customizing the frontend and backend.
  
  In terms of price, the domain costs 2.39 instead of 2.19 net plus 19% VAT. As a result, fewer domains are included in the minimum purchase.
• When will I receive the discounts or payouts?
  The discounts via the 30% discount model are deducted from your invoice every month as normal, so you always receive them immediately.
  The commissions are calculated accordingly for each quarter if you use the commission model. Payment is then usually made within 3 working days after billing.
• Is this also available as a complete white label?
  Yes - but only for the Self+ tariff variant - here the entire CCM19 interface is fully NoLabel-capable, you can fully customize all texts and the entire interface and set up your own brand.
  However, the costs for a NoLabel version are slightly higher than for the normal version. With the white label version, you pay 20 cents more per domain per month.
• What is the difference between the Agency Cloud+ and Agency Self+ tariffs?
  The main difference is that with the Self+ plan, you run the CCM19 software on your infrastructure. You receive a download package that is easy to install and usually runs smoothly on standard servers. As an agency, you will of course also receive our free support during installation, so it will definitely work.
  
  The Self+ version is also fully NoLabel-capable and multi-client-capable. You can use the variant to run your own CCM19 environment, which we also use in the cloud variant.
• How is the Self+ tariff calculated?
  The condition for using the Agency Self+ version is 20 active installations. Therefore, from the third month of use, regardless of the actual number, at least the price for 20 active installations is always charged.
  The costs per domain are 2.19 per month per domain, and 2.39 per month per domain in the NoLabel tariff. This tariff can also be canceled at any time at the end of a month. Prices always plus 19% VAT.
  The price of € 2.19 net applies up to a customer quantity of 499 customers. For more active installations, the costs are reduced as follows:

  • from 500: € 2.09
  • from 1,000: 1.99 €
  • from 2,500: 1.89 €

  
  
  NoLabel
  The price of €2.39 net applies up to a customer quantity of 499 customers. For more active installations, the costs are reduced as follows:

  • from 500: € 2.29
  • from 1,000: 2.19 €
  • from 2,500: € 2.09
• Is there a minimum term or notice period for the CCM19 agency versions?
  There are no long notice periods or terms in the tariffs. The term is one month and you can cancel up to 1 day before the end of the term. The minimum term is ultimately the term of the selected tariff options - monthly. Regardless of the selected term, the respective contract is extended indefinitely after the end of the first term unless it is terminated by one of the parties with one month's notice to the end of the original contract term. Termination after extension of the contract is then always permissible with one month's notice for both parties. The payment intervals for the agency versions are exclusively monthly.
• Do you issue an official invoice with VAT shown?
  Of course, you will receive a proper invoice with properly stated VAT. As a German company, we work in accordance with German law.
• What happens if the limit of page impressions is exceeded?
  If the limit of page views is reached, the mask will be temporarily deactivated, but you will of course receive 2-3 warning e-mails with appropriate instructions beforehand. If you either increase the tariff manually or the respective month is over, the counter starts at 0 and the screen reappears. An automatic upgrade or further costs will only be incurred if you have explicitly activated the sliding tariff. In this case, you will automatically be upgraded to the next higher tariff. In any case, you are always in control!
• Where are CCM19's servers located and where does the data processing take place?
  All our servers are located in Limburg, Germany at OVH GmbH or at ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich in Dresden. We do not use any cloud providers from the USA or other unsafe third countries for the entire technical implementation of CCM19. OVH is one of the world's largest server providers for innovative and agile companies. Headquartered in France, OVH is fully compliant with the GDPR. ALL-INKL.COM is one of the most service-oriented providers in Germany and has an adequate infrastructure to meet even the most demanding requirements.
• Is CCM19 available for every system?
  The full service variant works everywhere where you can integrate JavaScript, i.e. everywhere where you can also integrate Google Analytics, for example. Bottom line - yes, everywhere.
• Can CCM19 also be used with Wordpress?

• Are there any other technical dependencies?
  In short: No. You do NOT need a framework such as jquery or anything else, CCM19 works with plain Javascript under all conditions.
